we are looking forward to welcoming you on board for your
summer holidays. We know how much you all look forward to your breaks with friends
and family – which is why we work really hard to make sure your flight runs as smoothly
as possible. Part of that is ensuring our flights get you to your destinations on time, so I’m
very proud of our best-in-industry punctuality. We know that makes things easier for you.
Thanks to all of you, we continue to grow our passenger numbers by making travel
easy and affordable. Later this month, Gatwick receives its 50th easyJet aircraft. It is our
biggest base and we’re delighted to have flown over 13 million of you from there over the
past year. We continue to fly to new destinations including Tallinn, Turin and Luxembourg,
adding to the 97 routes already available from Gatwick. We also listen to your feedback as
this is what keeps improving what we do. Please email me any comments.
Finally, I am delighted to announce our new partnership with UNICEF, the world’s leading
children’s organisation. By donating, you will help UNICEF deliver vital medicine, food and
education to some of the world’s most vulnerable children. Just drop your spare change
into the collection bag our crew will be holding and we’ll do the rest.
