Here’s a question.Where can you see
synchronised swimmers busting watery
moves to the sounds of top dance DJs,
as a mammoth audio-visual show goes
on behind them? This is the kind of
unique, cutting-edge output you’ll find
at the Antigel festival, which continues
its mission of surprise and exploration
in a second outing (1-12 and 23-25
February). Not only do its varied shows
– from indie music to interpretive
dance – push the boundaries, but its
venues are just as unlikely. Ticket
holders can enjoy Geneva’s chamber
orchestra in a disused airfield, or
choreographer William Forsythe’s
dance show HumanWrites in the
United Nations’ building.
