This month, the dapper chaps are exhibiting The Waft that
Woos, a collaboration with the Royal Shakespeare Company in
Stratford-upon-Avon, where guests are lead by a Shakespearean-
inspired scent through a labyrinth. At the time of going to press,
the duo were planning a huge “ice spectacular” for Christmas but,
as ever, all plans are top secret until announced.
In the meantime, the pair are just happy making foodies’
dreams a reality. “No one’s going to put their hand up on a plane
and say, ‘Is there a jellymonger or food artist here?’ But people
come away from events saying, ‘Oh my God, that was the best
meal of my life’, If you give someone that, it’s not like saving their
life, but you’re providing them something special that they can
remember. We love giving people their very own stories.”
