december brings
in the holiday season

a time for friends and family to get
together. We’re proud to be connecting
more than five million people all over
Europe during this busy month.
You may have heard the very exciting
news that we will soon begin flying to
a new destination – Moscow – from
next year. Russia is a country with a rich
culture and history, and we believe that
our flights will be popular with both
business and leisure travellers.
We’re really looking forward to
connecting London with Moscow
and making travel easier and more
affordable for more and more
passengers across Europe.
Finally, you will also be aware that
we have recently launched allocated
seating on all flights across the network.
This follows a successful trial, where
passengers have told us that they really
like it. We will strive to maintain our
industry-leading punctuality while we
are learning how best to get allocated
seating right for all our passengers.
