Het Modepaleis
Meaning“The Fashion
Palace” in English, the
Modepaleis boutique
is the spiritual home of
Dries van Noten, one of
the original Antwerp Six,
who put this city on the
sartorial map with their
avant-garde collections
in the late 80s. Here
you’ll find his immaculate
creations shown off in an
elegant, airy interior.

particularly good for
accessory bargains. Lots

up here, either second

Fish & Chips
A funky two-storey shop
with heaps of clothes and
accessories from smaller
labels at very affordable
prices. A good rummage
can pay dividends, so
allow plenty of time. Plan

Louis
This is a great one-stop
shop for serious fashion
addicts. Minimalist rooms
host rails of heavyweight
designers such as
Balenciaga, but always
outstanding local labels
too – this is where the
Antwerp Six got started.

Restored to its full
neo-classical splendour,
this gilded one-time
concert hall is now a vast
shopping centre. Exit by
the rear entrance on to
