After you give birth, you find out there are SO many things no one told you!  One thing you might learn about is Diastasis Recti. I had 3 babies from 2008 to 2011.  My stomach really suffered!  After my 1st, I bounced right back within about 5 or 6 months, with no exercise!  Once I did start exercising in preparation for our 2nd baby, I was REALLY in shape!
