On Thursday in La Salle County Circuit Court, a Spring Valley man was ordered to prison for a hate crime. I had my beta today and also did a home test because I just didn't thin I could wait for the call with my beta result and I couldn't believe I am actually pregnant!! I just wanted to share my story and tell all the women going trough IVF not to loose faith. 4 DPO - Earlier in the day I felt a "warm" sensation in my uterus and a little twinging here and there. 10 DPO - Tested again this afternoon when I got home from school on another .88cent Wal Mart test and got a BFP within 1 min! We have 4 children and never had any problems getting or staying pregnant up to that point. After a year of ttc and a lot of heartache in the long process, we decided to seek fertility treatment this August.
9 DPO: Cyst like pain on my left side, breasts slightly achy, and it feels a little like my period is about to start. 10 DPO: While working out in the morning, I was surprised how quickly I got worn out and out of breath. I still have no major symptoms (had very sore boobs even before missed AF with first pregnancy).
Just a note - I've used the CBEFM in the past along with charting (not to conceive, just to see how it works and in preparation for TTC), FH sticks and bbt to check when I was ovulating, and consistently, the CBEFM was always off by a day.
DPO 12 - having mild cramping, pinching, general AF PMS symptoms in afternoon, take a PG test and BFN. DPO 13 - (Today) woke up and decided to take one last PG test, because of what DH said the night before. 4 DPO symptoms: boobs still fairly tender and seem big (could just be this bra…), again with the snacking and chin is still spotty. 5 DPO: boobs are still sore and chin is still spotty, skin is generally just greasy and shiny today.
8 DPO: Temp drop this morning, which could mean an implantation dip if my temp goes back up tomorrow, or it could just mean I’m not pregnant this cycle.
What worked for me: Evening Primrose Oil helped my body get back on track quickly after the pill--I took it after that anovulatory cycle and it seemed to help. Frustrated as I saw another late period on the horizon, I researched Vitex and Maca Root, which were both described as a "baby in a bottle"!
I had started to feel cramping in my lower left abdomen for the past few days and just chalked it up to constipation. Marine Corps has been able find the select kind of young men and women it wants for recruits.
Ive had a lot of symptoms the previous month and actually, when I reached 11 DPO (not realizing i was that far into my cycle) and I realized I hadnt had any symptoms, I kinda got excited! I just got the call back from my doctor and confirmed the beta was positive and my hcg level was 583!!
By the time the CBEFM would register a "peak", I had already ovulated (usually within the 24 hours prior, which I new from tracking with the temps and Fh sticks and general physical symptoms). Am going to use my CB digital to confirm tomorrow, but in the meantime, I wanted to share my story. Came off the pill in May and have had irregular cycles (including one 45-day anovulatory cycle!). Temp was the same again but I’m feeling slightly crampy, so thought AF probably would arrive. Grapefruit juice--a glass every morning with breakfast (not from concentrate) from CD1 to O, seemed to help increase EWCM. This cycle I really allowed myself to believe, hope and fantasize more than I had before--I've been stressed with other things going on in my life, and it was nice to have a little glimmer of hope and something to look forward to (rather than treating ttc as another thing to be stressed out about, if you see what I mean).
In fact, this small branch of the armed forces recently passed the milestone of making its enlistment goals for the past 100 consecutive months. But the month we decided to try preseed for the first time and delete our ovulation apps and stop checking CM and stop using ovulation sticks, I ended up getting those BEAUTIFUL pink two lines! After the 5th loss, and by the advice of my doctor, I began taking daily a baby aspirin and 1000mcgs of Folic Acid. We even had conversation and I told him I didn't think this was our cycle because everything was so normal.
I'm sorry this is so long, but I wanted to share my TTC journey for those of you who can hopefully learn from it. Temp was back up this morning, but not quite as high—I don’t think that counts as an implantation dip. Also, I started taking pre-natals 3 months before going off the pill--your body needs three months to build up its folic acid reserves.
My faith is important to me, as well, and I've been thanking God for (our girl & boy baby names) in prayer.
I was certain something else had to be wrong with me, when it dawned on me that these pains could possibly be from an actual pregnancy! THANKS!                                                                                                                     This litter is named in HONOR OF MINNIE!
It was a task achieved through a combination of Marine Corps mystique and steady effort practiced by recruiters nationwide.
The main difference between last month and this month, was I really tried not to be stressed out all the time because work is so stressful, and they say stress can affect your chances of conceiving. No metallic taste, no emotional days, no nausea, no extra sleeping, no spotting, not extra CM. Took a nap--very suspicious, as I've napped a few times lately and that's not like me at all. I definitely recommend reading 'Taking Charge of Your Fertility' and 'Get Ready to Get Pregnant'. So our doctor referred us to the Fertility Clinic in San Antonio and we decided to go ahead and bypass IUI and go straight to IVF. I braced myself for our 6th early loss, especially because I had light spotting that would come and go, but thankfully we made it through the first trimester! I feel so stupid when I take another test too early, but on the bright side, I can drink with a clear conscience tonight. We had a good long walk and chat today and we both feel much better—good to both be on the same page, even if that page is a bit grumpy! It’s so hard to give up hope when you still feel symptoms (or at least, while you still spot phantom symptoms…lol). After my cycle passed day 40 and I continued to get BFNs, I became discouraged and braced for my period to arrive any day now. The first sonogram they did there came out really good, I had lots of eggs, my blood work was all back normal, so I was put on BCP for 21 days.

While 4 of the losses we had before were around 5 weeks, one of them was at 12 weeks and so I was so thankful to get past the first trimester. Nipples still sensitive but acne is mostly going away—slightly spotty chin, but much better than last week.
Very vivid dream last night that I got a BFP and it was really disappointing for it to just be a dream when I woke up…I’m overthinking this! We are praising the Lord for another child and I hope that our story encourages others who have gone through multiple losses. I'm simultaneously excited and scared--on the one hand, we've been wanting this so much, and on the other hand, shit just got real! SCROLL DOWN TO VIEW THEM! " THIS IS A SHAMROCK ROSE AUSSIES PERSONAL & SPECIAL FEATURE!!! 18 days later I'm back to the clinic and the cyst is still there, but they told me that it was a paratubal cyst and that it wouldn't affect the IVF process at all, so we started the meds the next day.
Also for their continued help and support of Minnie's medical expenses for her Rare stage 4 Sarcoma cancer treatments. I am have cero pain tolerance and I was so nervous about all the injections, but honestly they were not that bad, I didn't have any side effects and sometimes I even wondered if they were working at all.
Fortunately they did and we ended up with 15 mature egg, 10 were fertilized with a partial ISCI and by the transfer day we had all 10 still developing.
If you are having a wedding in the future we ask that you support the many wonderful people who have helped them. Anthony Pagano helped to make this happen and Lauren Taylor is coordinating and securing all the details. Leslie Falerios for posting the Go fund me for Minnie's medical expenses and Mary Legaspi for posting the go fund me for Minnie's dream wedding before her treatments.
He told me boot camp was going to be rough and I was going to have to put forth a lot of effort.
I slept the whole fist day, but the second I didn't stay in bed the whole day, just took it easy. I was a spoiled brat and I needed to go out there and work for something.Anderson, who grew up in rural Ohio, was in Navy boot camp within 10 days after graduating high school in 1991.
The decision to join that service was influenced by his recruiter, who was his cousin, he admits with a laugh. Two years after being discharged from his four-year hitch he decided Marines was a better match for him.Anderson is trained to be a diesel mechanic who works on amphibious assault vehicles and was selected for a three-year assignment as a recruiter. Every dog & puppy is important to us whether they reside here or have their new forever families, they are always welcome back at Shamrock Rose Aussies. HE IS NOW A SERVICE DOG FOR PTSD & LIGHT MOBILITY!!    HIs new Momma made his Graduation cap, I made his bandana. Also your puppy raiser Nancy who did a great job teaching and socializing you and taking you everywhere with her. Paying respects to those who did not return to embrace their families and memorialized on this wall was a emotional experience the closer I got.
He is trained to Task as per ADA Federal Law to deflect self harming, distract when he hears sniffing or smells tears. Teddy does have a contract for someone and is a sweet smiling dog that makes it hard to be sad when you are with him. He knew the signs I was displaying by placing my hands to my face and did what he was trained to do. To see their past puppies individually mouse over the Momma's name and a menu of names will pop up click on the puppy name whose personal page you would like to view. To see Our Aussies on one page click our Shamrocks and Roses page not the pop up menu for each individual dog. It sounds more complicated then it is.    Shamrock Rose with some of the babies from both litters. BRIANNA New name FREYA is well loved by the Lockwood family! She will also have a Border Collie sibling Bella to run around with at the doggy park and at home where hopefully she will love to swim too.
With Harper-Faith's beauty to match she would make so many people smile and bring them some comfort. I have decided to call her Harper-Faith, I hope you dont mind.   Do you have a number that from time to time I can send you pics through text?  I am not sure how to put them on through email.
She quickly learned how to ring a bell on the door when she wants to go outside. We have set up a small agility course in our yard, and she is an amazing jumper already! Her favorite by far is soccer :) The kids just love her, and she is getting along great with our Shih Tzu, Nutmeg. I meant to send photos earlier, but here are a few as I'm sure you're curious to see how she is growing! She has a really sweet new Momma and several children to love and play with and keep them busy. He will be doing other doggy sports and going places with them and getting lots of attention! He is now certified as an emotional support dog so next month he will be making a trip to MA with me to meet the rest of his family. He can already come, sit, lay down, leave it and can potty outside (for the most part haha) He is extremely obedient and is by my feet everyyyywhere I go.
He's already a great swimmer as well!I did give your number to a few different people on the beach, as they thought he was gorgeous and we're hoping for one of his brothers or sisters. I hope all is well, we're happy here.
Headed to the vet this week for twelve week old shots?!      BRIAN (below) Being loved by STARR!
He will be going on trips and being a girls Lacrosse team mascot which his new Momma coaches.

They are very excited to play with their new puppy Twixster Kaedon (new name to be determined) and to teach him new and fun things.

Patch may need a little time getting used to having a new brother but once he realizes he is as awesome his Aussie friends who live nearby, I'm sure they will be best buds!
We are so proud of them all!!   You can see Teddy on his personal page in Laoise Rose past puppies. Eddie Teddy update from his Trainer at Suncoast Serice Dogs: Hi everybody!!!!
She will be starting her medical training for seizures very soon and will be graduating within the next few months. She has been a little delayed in her training due to an injury she got while at the groomers. She is doing well and has been back in training, We are very excited about this and are so proud of both Weezy and Teddy's accomplishments. Almost as wonderful as being a Grandma :) I would love to share some of them here on our site on their personal pages for their updates, pictures and videos for others to enjoy as well. XO  Please scroll down to see each litter of puppies individually as they grow each week!  "EXCITING NEWS" Our Lovely  Bit O' Heaven Shining Down LAOISE (Leesha) Rose & Shamrock Roses' Pot O' Gold BIG ED! She is a good size girl & of course Big Ed is a big boy! Puppies are microchipped with a prepaid Buddy-ID-"mini" microchip. He loves to greet you as soon as he sees you being the smallest in this litter isn't a problem for him he uses it to his advantage & wiggles through his siblings or climbs over them to get to you and give kisses.
I introduced him to our vet today, who was very impressed with him and all the extra work that you did prior to me receiving Jake.
She has seizures and Louise I believe has what it takes and will be a great service dog and help her tremendously. Caitlyn and her family icluding her brother Cameron and sister Cassidy all love her so much! Their son had a fun time playing with all the puppies too who were successfully escaping out of their new outside pen.  Lilly also will share her Birthday with 1 of her new family members. They have all started training they passed with high marks and are doing very well thus far.
Eddie will be training perhaps a little more extensively because he isn't training for a specific person yet. We are very impressed by her as a loving, caring person with a big heart doing great things for many people. They produced a gorgeous, very intelligent puppy King Blue with 1 blue eye and 1 brown eye previously. They always say he is the perfect dog and they love him so much. They are thriiled with adding Silver Blue to their family. She has silver running underneath the black color of her coat which gives her a beautiful chocolate appearance. We are always proud of our Shamrock Rose Aussies and love showing them off!  Reilly Quinn   A huge thank you from Shamrock Rose Aussies to ALL who helped us in donating & supporting all the displaced, sick and injured animals in my hometown where I grew up in New York due to the wrath of hurricane Sandy. The devastation up there and so many areas was very real but thanks to you, many animals were helped. I now more than ever strongly believe in microchipping and this is one of the reasons Shamrock Rose Aussies microchips every puppy with a prepaid microchip before they ever leave here. She has plenty of room to run and play and will be visiting Doggy parks and going on car rides.
All puppies come with health certificate, first shots, health guarantee, ASDR registered, pedigree & are microchipped with a prepaid microchip.
They are shown basic commands, fetch and sometimes introduced to a harness & leash and swimming if they are here with us during that season and old enough. Thank you Kristen, Shane, Grady & Sugar for loving 2 of our Aussie boys!  He is very smart & going to be a great big boy!!
XO          Shep with his new Mommy!!  He will meet his new Daddy & big brother Bear soon.
Parker will be spending lots of time with his new Mommy Sarah who was very excited and waited patiently for him to be ready for his new home. He will be going for rides in the car and running and playing on several acres with his new Golden Retriever friend. XO                Rose: Red tri girl "Holding " for Sammie, Zach & Angel( No, I didn't name her I swear her new family did!! She will be attending training and possibly pursuing frisbee or agility.  Which ever she pursues I know she will make us proud because she is a Shamrock Rose Aussie!! We had to switch to several different pens because she kept out smarting us with her buddy Jewels. She is highly intelligent like her Momma Shamrock Rose & very alert like her Daddy Mister Twister. He will be well  loved and cared for by his very sweet & friendly new family.  Way to go Rudy!!
We may try when the weather clears from this storm, if our ICY BLUE ROSE is up to the task. I especially love his very light freckles on his nose :) They have np problems playing with the big dogs or our mini Ausssies either. He is a great listener and has caught on to potty training very well with only a few mistakes here and there.
Hughey is very eager to please us and is already playing fetch and is starting to sit on command with only little guidance and a treat. All in all we don't think we could be any happier and Hughey has definitely stolen our hearts. Dillon & Gallagher went swimming  this past  Sunday for the first  time with several children.
His new family are experienced with Aussies, maybe he will even play frisbee :)If you aren't gonna let us go swimming today! He will be active enjoying swimming, boating, waliking, running & numerous other things. It just seemed easier for people to view them there.  This wasn't something I expected and clearly we love Sparky very much. He has been with us for over 2 years.  After conversing with Rex,  and hearing why they wanted Sparky, I decided to let them meet him and spend some time with him. After I met Rex and Gayle and saw how much they loved him and Sparky seemed to feel the same way. For that I thank them very much.  Sparky not only has Gayle and Rex to love him he also has their daughter and her family to love him and play with him daily which also includes a little boy who adores him and 2 dogs and cats as well. He is truly loving his new family too. Thank you, Rex and Gayle for loving Sparky and giving him a wonderful life and family!
