I’m a pretty big fan of the benefits we can receive by having a handful here and there. A study that analyzed these compounds in nuts and seeds found that pistachios and sunflower seeds had the highest levels of phytosterols.
I think cashews and pistachios are out of this world & I like to sprinkle slivered almonds in my salad at lunch.
For those of you who don’t know  nuts are packed with far more health benefits than their size might indicate.

Just grab a small handful a day but keep an eye on your portions, these little guys calories add up quickly due to their healthy unsaturated fat. I used to eat whole bags on my own when I was younger, prob not the best thing to do but sprinkle these on your night time frozen yogurt or in your oatmeal in the morning and you’ll be in for a treat!
