These tests are done on the back side of the headlamp connector with the connector to the switch still plugged in! If you have power out, you will need to take the steering column off and check for power at the violet with a light blue stripe wire at the back of the turn signal switch!

If you have power here, in low beam with headlamps (on) check the power out from the turnsignal switch at the white with a light green stripe wire, and the dark blue with a light green stripe wire, these last two wires are the power out to the headlamp fuse for the left and right headlamps respectfully!
