Since it is based on the Ford Ranger, the Everest is a proper off-roader with changes made to both the exterior and interior to give it a more premium feel to it.
For the interior, the 7-seater Everest comes with SYNC2 infotainment system with an 8-inch touchscreen display, two USB ports, 240-volt socket for the second row, 12-volt outlets in the front and second rows, and the trunk.

A raiz de todos estos anuncios ya comenzaron a circular por la web las primeras especulaciones graficas de esta pick up  perteneciente al segmento de las camionetas de 1 tonelada de carga conformado por la Toyoto Hilux, Volkswagen Amarok, Nissan Frontier, Mitsubishi L200. Asi no vale che, esa es una Amarok que le cambiaron el logo, queremos ver a la Ranger 2012, tienen la foto?? Pero guarda, si no consiguen las fotos no se hagan problema por que opinar es gratis y si es sin fundamento alguno, mucho mejor; ya vendran los que se las saben todas a decir que es fea, es mala, es vieja, es un robo. No va a faltar el salame que diga y cuento va a salir, y que Nave con esta le pasamos el trapo a la hilux o tal otra. No quiero pecar de malaonda, pero cualquiera puede mezclar una Amarok, la trompa de un crossover Edge, el tablero de un Focus con una consola cuasi Hilux y decir que asi puede ser la Ranger.

Solo dije que todo vehiculo de este segmento a partir del 2005 tiene como referencia a la hilux, y eso se va a notar en cada vehiculo que se comercialice, espero con una mano en el corazon que tanto ford, como chevrolet y todos los demas vehiculos del segmento entren en una etapa de mejoras continuas por el simple hecho que el que se beneficia al final somos nosotros los usuarios. Es muy americana, le hace falta un retoque de diseno brasilero para hacerla mas mercosurera, como la actual Ranger.
