One of the biggest challenges I have heard from you as my readers is the transition from eating packaged foods to only eating real food. A few months ago I sent out a survey to my subscribers and the responses I got all showed very similar concerns. Many of my readers participated in The Real Food Challenge when first launched in January 2013 and were super successful! The community we built during the week in January was so inspiring and really helped everyone stay motivated. To some of you this might sound nearly impossible and some of you may be thinking – I already do.
This challenge is also for all of you who have already figured it out, but you have fallen off the bandwagon.

In the Spring version of the Real Food Challenge the recipes and meal plan are 100% in line with the Paleo diet. This challenge is designed to help those of you who really want to live the real food lifestyle but might need a little guidance to get started. Making a big lifestyle change can be difficult on your own but with a huge group of people doing it along with you it is a lot easier – and a lot more fun! It is also specifically designed for Winter season which includes warming foods that are seasonally appropriate.
I strongly recommend having a crock pot for this challenge, many of the recipes in the challenge are made for the crock pot – and it makes the whole plan work very well.
