Dear Woodlake resident: Please join us on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Woolridge Elementary School for the Woodlake Community Association Annual Meeting. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and you may enjoy snacks courtesy of Sam's Club. The business portion of the evening will begin at 7:00 p.m. The evening will include reports from the President and Treasurer, as well as a presentation on the Facilities Study of WSRC by Club Source Design. We hope you will attend as we begin discussing all the potential opportunities and possibilities for the future. In addition, you will have the opportunity to hear updates on events happening in Chesterfield County and impacting our district from our local representatives Matoaca District Supervisor Steve Elswick and Planning Commissioner Edgar Wallin. Following the presentations and updates, we will host a Question and Answer period during which all attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and receive responses from the Board, staff, and our local representatives. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday evening. If you have not returned your proxy-ballot, please be sure to drop it by the WCA office. Proxy-ballots will be accepted until the start of the Annual Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. |
