Dear Woodlake resident: The Woodlake Annual Election of Directors is currently taking place and we have not yet received your proxy-ballot! 30% of our membership (property owners and residents) must vote in order for the vote to be valid. We are very close to meeting that goal and we will, with your help! There are four (4) seats available in the 2013 election and you may vote for up to four (4) candidates. We have six great candidates running for the BOD this year. There is also a resolution on funding, which addresses an IRS Ruling regarding the taxing of association operating income in excess of operating expenses. Please click here to access a proxy-ballot, fill it on on your computer, print it, and return it to the WCA office as soon as possible so it can be counted. To send us your comments, please fill out the comment sheet, fill it out on your computer, print it, and return it with your proxy-ballot to the WCA. We hope to see you on April 23, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the Annual Meeting of the Association at Woolridge Elementary School.
