Please excuse our error! The 2013 Proxy-Ballot inadvertently reads that only two seats are available on the BOD. Four positions are available on the Board of Directors and you may vote for up to four candidates on your proxy-ballot.

In the 2013 election, there are three 3-year terms available and one 1-year term available (to fill the remaining year of a term being vacated by a director at the annual meeting). Six candidates have put forth their nominations for the available positions and we ask that you vote for four candidates (not two!). If you've already cast your vote and you only voted for two candidates, please contact WCA (or we will contact you) to let us know if you would like to vote for two additional candidates. We will be happy to return your ballot or you can come by WCA to make the change.

The Woodlake governing documents do not permit the allocation of multiple votes for a single candidate, therefore, if you only check one candidate, that person will be assigned a single property vote (2 for a property lived in by an owner OR 1 for a tenant and 1 for an owner). We apologize for the confusion and hope that you will cast your proxy-ballot today!

ARB Meeting Rescheduled Due to Inclement Weather Yesterday
The Woodlake Architectural Review Board will meet tomorrow, Wednesday, 3/27/13 at 8:30 a.m. at the WCA office. The regularly scheduled meeting on 3/25 was cancelled due to the weather.

WCA BOD Hosts Community Forum On WSRC Long Range Plan

The WCA BOD will host a community meeting to present the findings of the Woodlake Swim & Racquet Club (WSRC) Long Range Planning Team, discuss potential opportunities for the future, and hear feedback from residents on available options for moving forward with success. All Woodlake residents and property owners are invited to attend this important meeting to learn more about the future planning for WCA and WSRC and to provide your thoughts, questions and comments to the BOD.

The policy of the WCA is that the e-mail addresses of residents will not be shared or disclosed.
