9:31 am September 17, 2013 By Roland Hutchinson Tweet8 Share4 +12Shares 14It looks like we have some possible details on the Google Nexus 5 release date, the handset will apparently be made official on the 14th of October and will launch on the 31st of October.
It would appear that we also have some more photos  and a video of the new Google Nexus 5, which you can see below, the handset is expected to be the first device to launch with Android 4.4.
The Google Nexus 5 is expected to feature a full HD 5 inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the device will apparently be powered by a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.
When the Nexus 5 was first released, it had several bugs and vulnerabilities, some of which were minor while others were more critical. A third reason why now is the perfect time to buy the Nexus 5 is because many stores are selling it below retail price. Google is reportedly going to launch Nexus 5 smartphone sometime in October alongside Android KitKat and here is a low down of what is expected in the new smartphone.
First and foremost, Google is probably going to follow the current trend of other high-end smartphones and power the Nexus 5 with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor – currently the fastest mobile CPU in the market.
Considering that LG is Google’s OEM partner for Nexus 5, we expect the latest in Nexus series to boast of a full HD 1080 screen with a 5.2-inch display like the G2.
Google had an 8-megapixel camera in its Nexus 4 and according to some reports the Nexus 5 will feature a 16-megapixel zapper while other indicate that it will have a 13-megapixel shooter. Leaked images point at the possibility of a plastic polycarbonate Nexus 5 as compared to the rather crack-prone build of the Nexus 4. Word on the street is that the Nexus 5 may retail at a whopping $450 or ?300, which is definitely a lot higher than what Nexus 4 was priced at.
CWTS veteran Matt Crafton wins first-ever race at DoverAs a veteran of the Camping World Truck Series, Matt Crafton is definitely a household name for those who follow it. Now it looks like the have some photos of the new Google Nexus 5 from the FCC, and the device looks to be the same that was leaked in the Android 4.4. The handset is also expected to feature a 5 inch display, there are no details on the resolution as yet, although we suspect it will be a fulL HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Disappointment for those who have heard the rumour: the Nexus 5 could be more expensive than expected.
Do not stop the rumors about the Nexus 5, daily in the foreground of all the technology forum, specially for debates about the price, considerably lower than an iPhone 5s.
After the publication of some photos, the novelty now, might concern the conditions of sale.

It had already talked about Nexus 4, 2013, but it was not intended to be marketed simultaneously with Nexus 5.Both from the hardware and aesthetic point of view will not change anything, even the price should remain the same.
The new Nexus 4 would be placed on the market to a value of $299 for the 16 GB version and $ 349 for the 32GB version. If the values were these, we could imagine the reaction of those who have already relied with the prices that had emerged earlier, both for the Nexus 4, (whose prices seem excessive) and the Nexus 5, which according to all was an opportunity not to be missed.
Rumors discordant and probably exaggerated, but that might hide some truth if Google decides to launch an all new model of the Nexus 4, which many have enjoyed. After confirming the existence of a smartphone with curved display at the edges, according to the latest rumors, the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi would also be ready to make a water-resistant smartphone.
Shazam has always been particularly pleasant, with frequent updates and bug fixes in record time. In July 2016, Nintendo will realize the childhood dream of thousands of people who have lived their adolescence in the 90s to become Pokemon hunters.
Black Friday has become a global event and one of the most interesting ways to get massive savings overload.
This is a relatively common occurrence with smartphones, as it takes the manufacturer a while to work out all of the kinks. Google already sells the 16GB model for just $349 and the 32GB model for $399, which is a fraction of the price of similar spec’d smartphones.
According to some leaked GFXbench results, the Nexus 5 scores equally well as the iPhone 5S and bests all other top of the range smartphones like the Sony Xperia Z1, LG G2, Galaxy S4 and HTC One. Further it is no brainer to realize that Nexus 5 will run Android KitKat and that there will be no expandable storage option. The reason for bump in the price are obvious if we take Snapdragon 800 CPU and full HD screen into the equation. But strangely enough, the two-time CWTS champion had never won at Dover International Speedway until Friday’s victory.
The price could in fact be higher than expected, apparently due to the Google intention to produce a new version of the Nexus 4 that supports LTE networks and providing internal memories 16 and 32 GB, withdrawing the current with 8 GB. In a nutshell, the only change on the Nexus 4 will be relative to the support of the LTE network. Regarding the Nexus 5, the prices filtered out are of $399 and $449, respectively for the 16 and 32 GB versions.

A strategy that presently even the Apple is taking and that could create a greater alternative for users. Downloading the version of Chrome OS 53, users will find on the Desktop the famous Google Play Store.
Being that the Nexus 5 is over a year old, it’s safe to say that Google has fixed most of these issues, including the pesky battery drain problem. The good news is that the Nexus 5 is on this list, meaning owners will receive all of the latest feature and improvements to their device once the update is rolled out. As merchants look to free up inventory space, they are now selling the Nexus 5 at 10-20% off retail. Nexus 4’s LTE option was turned off by Google, but we expect that the Nexus 5 will have this option.
