Since running or walking on the treadmill can be quite boring at times, I love tackling treadmill workouts that vary speeds and inclines to hold my interest and give me a great workout at the same time. 20 Minute Quick ‘n’ Sweaty Workout: With 10 minutes of speedy intervals, this workout flies by but packs a serious punch. 25 Minute Interval Incline Workout: Changing speeds and inclines hold your interest and fight treadmill boredom. 30 Minute Feelin’ Lady Treadmill Workout: Dubbed the “Feelin’ Lazy” workout because it eases into the running portion of the workout.

Intervals are hands down one of the best ways to crank up the rate that your body burns fat. Whether I’m speed walking or focusing on incline intervals, I’ve found myself super sweaty after many walking workouts. I think I have nearly all of your workouts copied down and I absolutely love each and every one of them.
I haven’t had access to a computer for the past several weeks and as a result have been in a total fitness rut.

If this workout doesn't appeal to you, here are a bunch of other treadmill workouts to try. If you’re trying to drop weight but you don’t like the idea of spending hours and hours in the gym, you need to learn to utilize treadmill interval workouts.
Typically I only run outdoors because I HATE running on treadmills…but I think doing an incline walk might be a little more fun!
