What you want from a self-improvement audio-program is just the motivation that can push you move forward or make you start doing something. If you're seeking to advance fast in your life, these five books are mandatory editions to anyone's portable audiolibrary. Generally, the book is spot on and will definitely help you to become more confident and achieve all your goals.
His other programs probably were built by elaborating on each of this talks in those 6 CDs.
The program is supposed to be about "the science of self confidence", but it seems that Tracy gathered various topics about improving your life, which somehow related to self-confidence. So it seems like Brain Tracy programs and mind was not that much organized as his later programs such as Eat that Frog and No Excuses!. Also, the two stars is NOT for the knowledge or content of the program, but it's for the TITLE, it's not so much of the title, more of The Path to Happiness and Success.
If this were the title, I would give it at least 3.5 or 4 stars, not more because of the chaos and unorganized content.
