Know that reading in bed can be a problem if the material is very stimulation and you read with a bright light. The key is to teach yourself to stay on “focused” mode and out of the “black hole” of meandering default. Free your prejudices in order to “open to the world.” Accept that nothing is perfect and that there are times when forgiveness isn’t required. Bright light in the morning at a regular time should help you feel sleepy at the same time every night.
