Ich habe in den letzten 2 Jahren unzA¤hlige Apps getestet: auf Deutsch, auf Englisch, ja selbst auf Spanisch, kostenlos und nicht kostenlos, online wie auf dem Handy.
Diese von zwei Yoga-Lehrer-Meditationstrainer-Jungs aus Schweden entwickelte App bietet gefA?hrte Meditationen auf Deutsch und in unterschiedlichen LA¤ngen sowie Gongmeditationen. Diese App aus dem Hause 21awakeA ist fA?r mich nicht nur ein optisches Bonbon sondern auch ein Allround-Talent, wenn es darum geht, Achtsamkeit zu trainieren. Super schlicht und super sexy: Mindful Mynah erinnert durch einen sanften Ton daran, achtsam zu sein.
Mindfulness Daily zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie perfekt in wirklich JEDEN Tagesablauf reinpasst. Ansonsten kann man aber auch die kostenlosen Meditationen immer wieder hA¶ren Das Design dieser App finde ich ganz besonders gut gelungen, die Meditationen selbst sind sehr, sehr gut und A?berhaupt macht die App total Bock auf Meditation! Dass es Zeit braucht, bis man sich damit fA?hlt, wie ein Fisch im Wasser, ist absolut normal, vor allem fA?r Menschen, die keine digital natives sind. De oefeningen, gegeven door een vrouw, zijn wat korter dan bij de Headspace-app, maar komen dan ook vaker terug. Deswegen meditiere ich sehr gerne mithilfe meines Handys und ich versichere Dir, dass es sehr wohl funktioniert.
