Meditation allows our spirit to connect with a High Power which helps us make wiser decisions about who we are. This wonderful quote from Albert Einstein clearly expresses a basic principle of the Law of Attraction and can be easily paraphrased and applied to the process of weight loss.

If you’ve been unhappy about your weight for many years, you may find it difficult to change your thinking. When I think and imagine and visualize with great emotion, I access the power of the Universe. The cluttered brain can often lead us to be brainstorming the next snack we have instead on focusing on the moment we are in right now. Tell your brain that you are meditating, so that it knows it is okay to stop busily thinking. Repeat these two images in your mind for a minute or two or until you feel like all the negative thoughts have left your body.
