Take a moment to think about your immediate reactions to change.  Do you want to fight it, deny it, fix it or pretend it isn’t even happening?  Do you freeze like a deer in headlights? If you try to tackle all problems at the same times and make too much change, then you divide your time and energy into little parts and cannot possibly give your 100% into it. Mahatma Gandhi through his actions has always exemplified that he practiced what he preached to others.
The world we live in is abound with problems like poverty, injustice, illiteracy, overpopulation, terrorism, corruption,A  environmental degradation, etc.
In order to bring about positive change in the world we need to step up to the plate and do our bit.
This statement by Mahatma Gandhi is also like the fountainhead yielding multiple values and virtues and showing the pathways to those looking for a genuine direction to their lives. For one I have decided to kick my insecurities ass (and that takes more than one kick but still). Ik ben heel erg benieuwd naar de komende DIYs Het klinkt allemaal in ieder geval heel positief! I am now a Senior in college and while I’m not graduating (I’ve got one more semester), most of my friends and roommates are and most of them are moving away.
It’s hard and not fun that I still have to endure change and upheaval while waiting for heaven. What happens when campus ministry leaders are compelled by a God-given vision that is bigger than any one of their own ministries? Find out what happens by reading about what God is doing at the University of Texas through Campus Renewal Ministries.

A voice for those who don’t have one, sharing my opinion about the arts, culture, politics & social issues that hopefully matters.
Whether it is homework, bringing up your grades, ending world hunger or poverty, one has to take one step at a time  to make an effective and long lasting change.
He believed that we must be the change we want to see in the world. His life is a great testimony of a person following his principles of truth and non-violence and is a beacon to the non-believers.
It is all too easy to become either angry and frustrated on the one hand or passive and despondent on the other. The ones of you who have been following me for a while might have noticed it has been a little quiet on Creativity & Chocolate the past few days.
I want to make my blog more personal and focus more on the creative side of my personality.
During the fall of my Senior year of high school, I would have at least a panic attack a week about where to go to college. The world as I’ve known it for the past four years is about to explode and I might as well face it, because there’s no use in hiding.
I think that my disdain for change and my desire for stability and coherence has a lot to do with Jesus. It’s inclusive not exclusive & my views are my own & not those of My Mum or others, unless stolen. We might think that great leaders like Gandhi Ji had the aura and mass following that’s why they could create history. We would crib about these problems in our social circles, curse the government and leaders and think our duty is done.

Last night I already mentioned on my Twitter account I had to over think some things and I decided to write a special post just about that. Actually the quote says it all. I remember one night I was watching Gilmore Girls (a great show, by the way) for a little relief and in the show, Rory (the main character) started getting worked up about where she should go to school. God is constant and we can hold tight to Him knowing that He will stay with us throughout all of our earthly transitions. Try seeing your daily struggles, problems and changes this way and you will see a more positive and beneficial process. We will wait for someone to come forward and tackle these problems for us but refuse to take any concrete steps ourselves.
Once a woman came to Mahatma Gandhi requesting him to ask his son not to eat too much of jiggery.
They underwent great hardships and stuck to their principles to achieve what they believed in. But not only are these responses ineffective at bringing about change, they are also part of the problem to begin with.
