Chanting or reciting holy verses is good for the sub conscious mind, especially if you do it regularly. The body and mind are different, but then again nothing makes sense in this universe and the only thing it has proved to me is that anything’s possible. One thing I’d like to say in regards to this thread is that it is true about going into your subconscious. At last, a great new scientific discovery brings the incredible force of your subconscious mind under your control. Of course, on the outside they express their eagerness to overcome their health problems but that is only coming from the outer conscious mind. And science is now studying the subconscious mind more and more and finding that the subconscious mind is far more active, purposeful, and independent than what they first thought. Of course, you might think that you’re decision making is based entirely on what’s logical but that’s just not the case.
Studies on the subconscious mind have shown that people become motivated to clean whenever there is the faintest small of cleaner in the air. It’s triggers like these in our environment that cause our subconscious mind to react in certain ways without us even realizing it. So it’s very important to understand your subconscious mind so that you can understand why you make some of the unhealthy decisions that you make and consequently reprogram it to make healthier ones.
Could you be unconsciously holding on to your health problems because of some unknown and unconscious reason? Maybe you’ve learned to play the role of the victim and use your chronic symptoms as a crutch in life. Or maybe you’ve been enduring your chronic symptoms for so long that you now identify yourself with them. I’m sure some of this may seem farfetched but I assure you that it’s very real for many people but you’re just not aware of it on a conscious level.
But it’s not your fault and there is something that you can do about it if and when you are ready to.
When you become aware of your actions, you can begin to notice bad habits and repetitive patterns that you have developed which are holding you back from achieving your goals. Maybe you jump from doctor to doctor or protocol to protocol without ever giving any single one a chance to really work because something more important always comes up.
Or maybe you’ve even gotten so far as to make some progress with your health but then find yourself going backwards and falling right back to where you started because you fell back into poor eating habits. Once you begin to pick up on and notice these dis-empowering actions then you can begin to catch yourself before you do them.

Whereas subconscious mind is responsible for everything which is happening in the body without you being conscious about it such as breathing, digestions of food, beating of heart, blood pressure control and other functions.
Hence you are a manifestation of what is stored in your sub conscious mind in terms of your strengths and weaknesses; capabilities and limitations and like this other behaviour patterns. Most of the things that you do automatically or as routine activities are performed through sub conscious mind.
Taking this concept further, you may realize that whatever is your state of affairs today – your friends circle, your job, your financial position, the money you earn or the quality of your relationship is being caused by your subconscious mind. Whether you are happy with your life or not, it all can be attributed to your subconscious mind and it is programmed for you. Suppose you have been struggling to lose weight or increase your income but are hitting the wall then there is a role of your beliefs which are limiting your trust in your capabilities, or keeping yourself image at low level. Similarly if you stuck with the belief that you are not good in money management, you may not be able to increase your earnings substantially – something you want. The real solution lies in changing the way we think and act at the subconscious level rather than the conscious level.
Fortunately, it is possible to change or alter the programming of your sub conscious mind in case you are not happy with the results in any aspect of your life or want to be more successful in an area. However, it is not as simple as switching on TV or starting the car a one would like to believe.
This is a result of now your subconscious getting programmed for driving the car and you are free to do other things.
You may recall that successful people are always said to use tools like consistency and persistence to achieve their goals. Thus by putting new program in the subconscious mind for achieving the desired habit or self image or personality traits you can make yourself more capable and empowered to accomplish whatever you may decide to. Do make sure that the program is well embedded so that the autopilot takes over and manages your system.


This is why it is easier to convince someone to believe in something by appealing to his emotions and rather than repeating your than giving him a logical reasoning. Programming your subconscious can be done through affirmation, visualization, meditation, hypnosis, therapy with a psychologist or a psychotherapist and many other techniques etc. The subconscious mind can create goals, decides what is good for you and what needs to be done or undone to achieve that the subconscious mind can work according to a program 24 x 7 so that there is better probability of success.
