I want to live my life without stress and worries, I don't need to be rich or famous, I just want to be happy. Keeping your body completely hydrated will curb your hunger and cravings and the low calorie vegetables will fill you up, nourish you, and all that fiber is going to flip your digestive system into high gear which, btw, is a GREAT thing for weight loss (and beautiful skin).
Instead of a rumpled, tired, stressed out you we are going to create a healthy, glowing and productive you that is genuinely happy, confident and loving life! Your mood is down, you may not have the energy to take care of yourself, your heart races with anxiety, your mind with uncertanity, and you just feel drained. I personally would love 10 classes of Power Pilate’s or a facial and massage at a top spa. Try to understand why your partner is feeling the way they are and do your best to ease these feelings.
