Even just taking a walk for 30 minutes each day will help improve your overall health and fitness levels.
Since I've started making all of these changes, I've been consistent in taking my vitamins every single day.
I can't say whether you should or shouldn't because I'm not an expert or otherwise qualified, but if you aren't taking any and you're feeling run down and lacking energy, check with your doctor to see what he or she would recommend.
