We turn into an unhappy person that sees life as being difficult, hard, and full of bad things. These negative thoughts can sneak up on us when we aren’t even paying attention to it. Sometimes when we are feeling down and not very happy, it’s easy to get stuck in the negative thought and not even realize how detrimental it can be.
Sometimes it’s hard to do, but just noticing the negative and replace it with a positive can be huge in your attitude about life. But even on the hard days, I can be thankful that I have a roof over my head and food in my belly.

I was a Mental Health Counselor who worked with children and mothers in both individual and group counseling environments before I became a Stay at Home Mom to two boys.

Are you in the habit of thinking of all the reasons why your goals aren’t possible or your ideas won’t work, instead of focusing on the one reason why they will? Changing this one bad habit could be the ONLY change you need to make the leap to a life you love.
Now let’s not pretend that just thinking positively will result in the life of your dreams. Retraining your brain to think and believe that you can be a success is as easy as just deciding to think this way. Perhaps they will become an Olympic Champion or Champion in Life I’m on that train thanks to all of your inspiration. In fact, let’s take it a step further and start thinking that you are ALREADY a success, not just that you can be.
Better to forget them(which is not that easy but at least one can try) and do what your heart says right…. It will give you insights and tools you need to cultivate a way of thinking that supports not only the life you want but the life you were meant to live.
