So I set intention with myself regularly to let her know that I believe in her.That I know, whatever she is faced with on any given day, she’s going to handle it.
This awareness and intention setting on my part helped her inner dialogue change from “I can’t,” I’m afraid,” “What if…” to something much more affirming and reassuring.
What I want to underline in this example, is that it began with me taking five minutes each afternoon to remind myself what I wanted more of in my world: affirmation, self-confidence, and belief in one’s self.
I want my team environment to be rid of blame and judgment, so I pay attention and raise my awareness of my own blame or judgments (even when they’re silent), and I work to release them.
I love this idea of intentionally setting and modeling behavior, both with family and work. To believe your own thought, to believe that what is true for you in your private heart is true for all men, — that is genius.

So, as a group, we will BE Peace that night.  We will focus our attention and our energy in that direction.
I am really looking forward to it – and to seeing and hearing what each participant chooses to perform, how each one define Peace through music.

I am not sure the vibe is sinking, but what I do believe is when we start focusing on the things we do not want more of, it is a sign to shift and focus instead on the things we do want.
