This ECG is an extremely tough ECG. On one hand, obvious criteria for LVH is met in the precordial leads. On the other hand, ST-depression is present in III, which seems reciprocal to potentially excessive elevation in leads V2 and V3. Knowing that the angiogram was clean does not help us when we encounter an ECG like this one in the field. This borderline case is a reasonable activation... provided you caught the depression in III.
