The doctor told me if I had not gone to the hospital when I did, I would have had a stroke.
I’m a vegetarian but I was still eating junk food, so I completely cut it from my diet.
For snacks, I ate a variety of nuts, protein bars, and dried fruits if I wanted something similar to candy.
I knew had to get a control on things before they got worse, and I believe that’s how I stayed faithful to my diet! When I started working out I focused on cardio and that really helped drastically drop the weight.. I’m so proud of u and u truly inspire me to get back on my weight loss journey and not give up!
