During the course you will take an in depth look at: belaying using a variety of different devices, fitting a harness correctly, tying into the harness safely using the correct climbing knots, effective movement whilst on the wall and safe use of the bouldering room (and much more!). Being able to climb at a grade of F5 on top rope is recommended before starting this course.
The course will focus on movement techniques and coaching tips to help you get the most from your climbing. The price includes your admission, all the equipment you will both need and an instructor for 2 hours. One night of camping on the Saturday night is included, but participants are welcome to book into a B&B if you require something a little more comfortable!
