I’ve been into toasting cinnamon raisin bread lately and I would use the brick as a spread on it. I would use it as a topping for home made bread, as a smoothie ingredient and even a spoon full in my coffee !

I knew that making huge batches of cookies or desserts and leaving them in my apartment would only mean one thing, I would end up eating more than I should.
I know I’ve said it before, but these small batch chocolate cookies are one of my favorite recipes to make when I’m craving a cookie! So I got to work creating a peanut butter cookie recipe that was soft, full of peanut butter flavor, and only make a few cookies. Once you pull them out of the oven, you’ll let them cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes. It really is hard to get used to cooking for two people and we usually end up with a lot of leftovers. Small batches are sometimes more detrimental to me because I feel like it’s okay to make them all the time!! These look so delicious, I’m definitely going to add them to my list of things to try! And hey, doesn’t peanut butter go well with chocolate?  And that’s how I decided to make little puff-pastry pinwheels stuffed with peanut butter and Philadelphia Chocolate Brick Cream Cheese! I’m sure she would be putting it on bagels on taking them to school as part of her lunch! I’ve recently fallen in love with peanut butter (I don’t know what took me so long!

I made it four days in advance of a party, froze it, and took it out to thaw 2 hours before the party. These would be perfect in our house, as my partner doesn’t like PB and I think it would be dangerous if I was left with a regular-sized batch to myself!! I just love that this one makes a smaller batch, because I have no doubt I’d eat too many! She also used a flax seed substitute for the eggs, which added another healthy dose of omega 3 to the already rich antioxidants from the dark chocolate. Any good brand of natural peanut butter would beAnyhow I just wanted to share this cool recipe with you because I simply love it.
