In some situations, you may need a specific type of receipt, such as a rent receipt or a donation thank you letter.
If you are using an invoice template, you can also change the header to say "Receipt" instead of "Invoice." Our simple receipt template below provides a visual example of how this can be done.
This template shows an example of how a receipt was created from an invoice by adding a "Paid" watermark image and updating the header to say Receipt instead of Invoice. To create your own receipt templates from an existing invoice, you can either create your own image for the "Paid" watermark, or you can go ahead and download this template and copy the text box into your invoice file to use when you need it.

A reward chart or chore chart can be a great way to teach children to develop good habits and a good work ethic. I've created a few different reward charts below that you can customize using Excel 2007 or Excel 2010. The following printable reward charts and reward chart templates are for personal or educational use only, and may not be placed on the internet, resold, etc. A children's reward chart ought to be fun, and if you don't want to use stars or stickers, you can have your child color in shapes or pictures to mark their path along the reward chart. This weekly reward chart could be used for multiple children, or you could change "Name" to "Week" to show multiple weeks at a time for a single child.
This reward-based practice chart worksheet lets you keep a log of minutes practiced each day, for 10+ weeks at a time.
One of the main reasons to have a rewards chart is to focus on positive rather than negative behavior. Pricey toys or trips or other excessive rewards will likely end up being counterproductive and teach the wrong principles. Some examples of rewards stars might include a treat (debatable), an inexpensive toy, a trip to the park, extra TV time, an extra book at bedtime, a family outing like going out to eat or to a movie, a new book, etc. As children get older they may no longer need a special rewards chart, but checklists and calendars may still come in handy.
Kids get excited about rewards charts, but they will lose interest and motivation if parents are not consistent. One of Eastbourne’s most beloved cultural heritage landmarks, the Eastbourne Pier, is set to be the subject of a new photographic art work, made possible only if Towner can raise just over ?15,000 in 71 days.
Over the past 13 years, he has travelled the globe in a handmade boat, named forlorn, starting in Vienna and visiting New York, Frankfurt, Bregenz, Venice, Rotterdam, and Lisbon, where he has made a photograph of his ‘arrival’ to the city.
The new photograph will be exhibited in Schabus’ major solo show at the gallery, which opens in October 2015, and it will be retained for our permanent Collection once the show finishes. Towner is launching the crowdfunding appeal thanks to the Art Happens fundraising platform, which was developed by the Art Fund, the national fundraising charity for art., The platform has seen 5 successful projects since it launched in June 2014, including a Chapman Brothers exhibition at Jerwood, Hastings, and collectively over ?90,000 has been raised. Supporters to Towner’s appeal will be rewarded with exclusive prizes including a VIP beach party, a tote bag specially designed by Hans, VIP events such as dinner with the artist, a limited edition print, and for the top donors, a unique sculpture crafted from a life buoy.

Eastbourne Pier has recently been in the spotlight in the national press: on 30 July 30 2014, a fire ripped through a large amount of the central domed building and Eastbourne received emergency funding from the government to rebuild it. Towner (Registered Charity 115676) is an award-winning gallery and contemporary art museum in Eastbourne. On 1 July 2014, Towner became an independent charitable Trust, supported by a Board of Trustees, chaired by David Dimbleby.
The Art Fund is the national fundraising charity for art, helping museums to buy and show great art for everyone.
We also help museums share their collections with wider audiences through supporting a range of tours and exhibitions, including the national tour of the Artist Rooms collection and the 2014 tour of Jeremy Deller’s English Magic, the British Council commission for the 2013 Venice Biennale. We are independently funded, the majority of our income coming from over 108,000 members who, through the National Art Pass, enjoy free entry to over 230 museums, galleries and historic houses across the UK, as well as 50% off entry to major exhibitions. Hans Schabus (1970, Watschig, Austria) ranks among the most remarkable Austrian artists of his generation. I am delighted to be helping to promote the work of Susana Garza, and amazing artist from Mexico, who has her wonderful abstract art in hundreds of collections in countries all around the world.
You can buy Susana's paintings direct from this site, using Paypal, and you do not even need a Paypal account.
However, if you send a person or a business an invoice and they request a receipt, then you can often just slap a big "PAID" note across the original invoice and send a copy to them as the receipt. We basically just took our simple invoice template, included a "Paid" watermark image, and updated the header. Available as single-colour (pick a colour!) Pantone inks right up to CMYK full-colour logos, we can provide you with quality SAGE Stationery at an affordable price making your business look great to your clients.

Each of the printable PDF files contain both a color version as well as an ink-saving black-and-white version.
The screenshot shows tables in multiple colors, but that is just to show how you can change the color scheme easily by modifying the theme or table designs.
Track total weekly minutes and the grand total and list rewards for meeting the week goal as well as larger hour-based goals (e.g. It was designed to be a printable reward chart, so first edit the template by adding the list of names. The column label text is oriented vertically, so this template is not fully compatible with the Excel Web App or Excel for iPhone. Parents and children are happier when the parents aren't in a constant state of nagging and disciplining. The ultimate goal is to have the child feel the intrinsic motivation that comes with accomplishing work and achieving goals. The act of adding a star to the chart and receiving praise after completing a goal may be reward enough. Avoid using a reward system that could lead to poor health, spoiling, unreasonable expectations, or a sense of entitlement. Whatever you decide, the child should be able to understand what the rewards and expectations are.

When stickers or marks are taken away, the chart becomes a punishment as opposed to a reward. The money will be used to bring internationally renowned Austrian artist Hans Schabus to Eastbourne this summer to create a stunning new work, featuring the pier. Eastbourne will be Han’s final destination, completing this compelling series of photographs.
The Pier first opened in 1870 and is widely considered one of the finest specimens of the Victorian pleasure piers remaining. Along with Eastbourne’s coastal location, the beginnings of his research was inspired by a book on the Eastbourne artist Eric Ravilious (1903-24) entitledRavilious in Pictures – A Travelling Artist.  Towner’s Collection boasts the largest holding of Ravilious’ work and is a huge draw for our visitors.
He has shown such commitment to exhibiting at Towner and to making newly commissioned works which have a maritime theme and make strong connections to Eastbourne’s location on the South coast. We present contemporary and historic visual art major exhibitions and an associated public programme, alongside displays from its internationally renowned 4500-strong Towner Collection. Towner is supported by Eastbourne Borough Council and Arts Council England through their National Portfolio Programme. Over the past 5 years we’ve given over ?26m to help museums and galleries acquire works of art for their collections and placed hundreds of gifts and bequests, from ancient sculpture and treasure hoards to Old Master paintings and contemporary commissions, with 25% of grants going towards works by living artists. Our support for museums extends to the Art Guide app – the comprehensive guide to seeing art across the UK, promoting a network of nearly 700 museums and galleries throughout the country, and the ?100,000 Art Fund Prize for Museum of the Year – an annual celebration of the best of UK museums, won in 2014 by Yorkshire Sculpture Park in Wakefield. He works in a number of mediums including photography, video, collage, sculpture and installation. You can click on the image above to see more of my own abstract paintings, or you can click on the image below to see a selection of work by the superb Mexican artist Susana Garza.
Once you buy an artwork, I will notify Susana, who will then ship your artwork direct to your home. We only custom print for office laser printers and NOT old-skool continuous-feed (sprocket holes) printers.
Positive reinforcement builds self-esteem and having a reward system allows you to use the threat of not getting the reward, which is more positive than the threat of punishment.
You could use shapes that correspond to the task, or just use whatever fun shapes your child likes. In addition to a weekly reward for each task, you can list bonus rewards for total # of stars. The Collection is best known for its modern British art – including the largest and most significant body of work by Eric Ravilious (1903-1942) and a growing collection of international contemporary art. He became internationally famous by representing Austria at Venice Biennale in 2005, with his installation The Last Land. You can also remove the existing shapes to print a blank reward chart if you want to use stickers.
Great for piano practice logs and other musical instruments, but also works for sports and other time-based activities.
The stars shown in the screenshot were added within the spreadsheet using conditional formatting. If we promise our child something because we know it will motivate them, but can't follow through because of time or money restrictions it will defeat the purpose.
So, if you (or your kids) don't like the blue theme, you can change the entire color scheme within a few seconds. They will no longer believe or trust you and will not be motivated to do the rewards chart. Smaller children will need rewards more often, but as they grow you can expect more from them. The weekly reward chart shows an example of using different table designs on a in a single reward chart.
