A couple of years ago I was underweight and on the verge of being diagnosed with anorexia, however managed to overcome it and return to a healthy weight. I know personally, I get severe cravings for fish, or nuts, or fruits, or vegetables and whatnot, depending on whatever I haven’t been eating enough of.

I dont need to lose weight but I have had the same questions as you and it is not easy to know what to answer to them! It has been a struggle, it has been a honestly great learning experience to learn to trust in God. I found this hard mainly because I was scared I would go overboard and loose control of my eating habits which is what I think has happened since being at uni, especially with drinking and going out.

I feel pressure to be slim and toned and get upset when I put on the slightest amount of weight even if I am happy with other parts of my life. Doing the right thing is always tough, learning from your mistakes it is the best learning experience you can ever ask for. This year I really want to loose the weight I put on last year and prevent gaining anymore. I want to enjoy life and I know that it something must star inside me and do and do and do. Because they will make the excuses on why they cannot do this, why it is failing, why they cannot get anyone to join them. We are not in the joining business, we are in the helping business, in the giving people something that will change there lives.
