The First 20 Minutes of Exercise (after being sedentary) are the most beneficial minutes you’ll spend. Group 1:  did 30 minutes of High Intensity Training at 85% of their heart rate for 30 minutes. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.


Group 2:  Did did 8 rounds of 20 seconds of a single exercise (burpees, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, or squat thrusts) with 10 seconds of rest between rounds.
I currently hold a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (exercise science), as well as all of the certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine.
She is a personal trainer with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (exercise science) plus she holds three certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have a background in sports training as well as internships in physical therapy and Occupational Therapy.
