01:16:00	Martha Holschen Bothell, WA:	A couple of weeks ago, I was attempting to make sub folders in my Dr Ritamarie email folder. The computer thought I was trying to make a duplicate, and I somehow mistook the wrong one to delete! Now I am still trying to figure out how to recapture those emails that I had been relying upon to keep track of what I am supposed to be doing. The links to the BioFit Program info is one of them.
