Losing a file in Mac OS X can be a real pain, and doubly so when you're the one who clicked delete.
In this tutorial we'll look at simple methods for getting back deleted documents, photos, music files and contacts.
But bear in mind that time is a factor here - when your hard drive gets full, Mac OS X may start to remove items from the Trash. When you delete an iCloud Photo Library picture or video from the Mac, it'll pop up a warning message, 'Delete from all your devices?', and your only options are to agree to this or not delete the photo at all.
If you're still using iPhoto (which Apple replaced with Photos in 2015) and you've deleted the photo from that program, it will be sent to the iPhoto Trash (rather than the usual Mac OS X Trash). If you delete a photo from the iPhone or iPad and want it back, tap on Albums at the bottom of the screen.
As on the Mac, any photos or videos that have been deleted in the past 30 days will be shown here, along with a tag that tells you how many days they've got left.
If you take and delete many pictures on an iPad, then you may want to invest in another backup solution. When you delete a music file in iTunes, you remove the listing in iTunes, and sometimes move the file from the Music folder in Finder to the Trash (you get the option when you delete the file). If the file has been removed from iTunes and deleted from the Finder then you'll find it in the Trash folder. Click Advanced and make sure there is a tick in the box marked 'Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library'.
If you purchased the track from Apple's iTunes Store you can redownload it from your Purchased list. Can you say “prep pillow paper project for posterity” ten times as fast as you can without a mistake?

IF you left things for the last minute – check the last 2 blog posts if you need to be reminded of what we talked about in class and what to do.
Choose a Danzi saying to show understanding of the philosophical meaning using context clues. DK Chapter 24 – The resolution of all the excitement that happened to Ping, Hua, Danzi, and the surprise revelation! You can download Single Yellow Brick Clip Art photos free for personal or non-commercial use. Fortunately it's pretty easy to recover deleted files, particularly if you realise your mistake quickly. If you change your mind before the 30 days have elapsed, you can go into the Recently Deleted album and recover the photo. You'll see a list of photos and videos you've deleted, well, recently, with a caption under each one indicating how long it's got left. The iOS version of Photos has much in common with its Mac equivalent, and this includes the 30-day grace period for deleted photos and videos. Somewhere in amongst the Selfies and Screenshots you'll see an album called Recently Deleted.
If you can get to the file before the time runs out, you can tap it, then tap Recover (then confirm by tapping Recover Photo), and it'll transfer back to your Camera Roll.
Fortunately many of the cloud services offer instant upload of any photos you snap to a cloud storage space. This displays the music files but keeps the actual music files stored in the iTunes Music folder.
If you cannot find the audio file in the Trash then you will need to either check your Time Machine backup, or get the audio file again - rip it again from the CD it came from or, if you purchased it from iTunes, download the file again from the iTunes Store.

Choose an invention and investigate it to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of China’s legacy and the impact left on ancient and modern China, as well as the rest of the world. Research and take notes for an informative essay explaining who invented it (IF known), how it works, the importance of the invention, and how is it still used today (connection). Choose a variety of genre, but make sure that you read at least one non-fiction about ancient Egypt. It features a fancy festive holiday design, with the image placeholder for you to be able to drop in your own photo with ease. Click on the Trash icon (on the right of the Dock) to view all of the files you have deleted.
When they did reach other areas it was because the ideas were carried along the Silk Road and other trade routes.
You can use the Search box in the Finder window to find the file (enter the search term then click on Trash instead of This Mac to search the Trash folder).
These developments are inventions that have contributed to the advancement of technologies around the world.
Locate the file you want to rescue and drag it back out of the Trash and to the Desktop (or any other part of Finder). Just print the first page, then insert the same paper back in reverse side in, then print the 2nd page.
