Just like the 30-Minute Express Workout, we now offer 45 Minutes for those that are looking to take fitness one step higher. Never the same boring routine, each class will be different.
This original program by Fitness Motivators includes exercise geared toward those who are serious about taking their fitness up a notch. Our Cardio Boxing class kicks into another level, BUT ANY LEVEL can do this class, because we provide the beginners and advanced clients with Team Instructors! A popular class - Cardio Boxing! Two worlds come together to bring you a combination of aerobics and kickboxing. IMPORTANT:  If you do not take this class with an experienced certified fitness Instructor, you risk injury!
For those who walk, sometimes lift weights, are in fairly good shape, or in a regular fitness routine, then they are ready for a new challenge. NOTE: First and last class dedicated to the Assessment Testing, expectation, and motivation. Make time for this class if you want flat, sexy abs without ever doing a single crunch or sit-up on the mat!
For those who love the 70’s, 80’s and some 90’s top dance and some rock music… this class is for you! Not your traditionally Yoga, but a user-friendly style that is accessible and doable by individuals of any fitness levels.
