Classes will be in the style of Bootcamp, without the pressure but with all of the intensity. Classes will be a mix of the following Bootcamp, boxing and kickboxing, weight training, and tabata, while using equipment like heavy bags, battle ropes, sledge hammers, kettle bells, sandbags, resistance bands, jump ropes, medicine balls, TRX and even tractor tires!
