Since i first mentioned doing slimming world on here a couple of months ago, what i eat is a question i get asked an awful lot. The burger - In a mixing bowl add the mince and as much of the lea & perins as you want.
So i thought it was about time to introduce weekly recipes and i'm starting with my favourite, burgers & chips.

This is so easy to do, and the fact it's 100% homemade makes it taste even better!If you want to try this, you will need extra lean mince, two baking potatoes, burger toppings (i picked lettuce, onion and low fat cheese), whole wheat roll, lea & perins, garlic salt, white pepper and paprika.
My lunch pales in comparison, plus you prove the point you can lose weight and eat enjoy burgers! It never dawned on me that I could actually make my own burgers so thanks for sharing Victoria.
