Add that to an already full schedule and working full-time (out of the house or at home) and you can find yourself buried in life quickly. My favorite easy recipes are ones you just throw together into the crock pot first thing in the morning and by dinner… voila, dinner is ready! Cook on low until chicken is thoroughly cooked then shred with a fork before serving. We like to eat these on hamburger buns with cheese and pickles.

If you feel like 2 packages of the sausage will be too much for your family you can just use one, the sausage is our favorite part so I use both packages. Turn your crock pot on low and cook for several hours until potatoes are tender and then enjoy.
