A good product is Udo’s Oil which contains a blend of omega-3s but also omega-6s which your body will become deficient in on this diet. However, if you’re looking to radically strip off the last bit of fat from your bones, give this diet a shot.
Most high protein low carb diets provide a degree of sanity by allowing good fats like almond butter, olive oil, avocado and peanut butter.
