When I was trying to lose 100 pounds there were many weigh-ins where that number did not budge. The first rule that you should held dear to your heart is to avoid fast food, food with huge amount of nutritional supplements like chips, bars and so on, canned food (only if it is not homemade), and food which contains much sugar.
