Once I realized I needed to do something, I quit eating sweets, except fruit, and quit eating carbs after lunch, what really put the nail in the meat coffin though, was watching all of the different documentaries on the American diet and health and all of that, it hasn't been too extremely long since I started but I know I will stick to this, just like I am sticking to quitting smoking, I have never felt better and have even been able to do without caffeine every day, I can't go back now.
