These days I spend my time working towards a career in mental health counseling, taking several long runs a week, cooking fabulous fiancГ©-approved low carb vegetarian meals (whom, by the way, is a carb obsessed meat-eater!), and giving my furry babies lots of hugs and kisses. Here on fitnessvsweightloss we write about fitness, weight loss,mobile app reviews,weight loss product reviews,Fitness studio review, dieticians etc. It took me three years, which ended up being awesome because I have zero stretch marks or loose skin from the weight loss, and it helped ensure that it became a lifestyle and not just a fad diet.


When I started low carbing veg, people told me vegetarians can’t pull off this lifestyle. Caitlin, you are such a huge inspiration to everyone , to lose weight, maintain weight and most importantly, a healthy lifestyle.. It is my goal to pass along every last bit of advice I can about my experiences with low carb vegetarian weight loss, the evolution of my exercise routine, and of course my favorite recipes and products.В  I look forward to hearing about all of your own journeys.


The slower you lose weight the more likely it will become a lifestyle, and the more likely you won’t have negative side effects of rapid weight loss (stretch marks and saggy skin, and perhaps even heart issues!).
