Hubby and I had this tonight, it was very tasty and just right for a cold evening with the added bonus of using Christmas turkey and stock (both had been in the freezer!). To serve, divide lettuce leaves among plates, spoon some of the turkey mixture into each leaf, top with herbs and carrot and roll into wraps.
