I think there all a fad people have those kind of food all over the world its just that there intestinal walls are stronger as they consume these foods on a regular basis.

However, I know that after I have reintroduced a reactive food after a few weeks of total elimination, I can tell right away if that food needs to STAY eliminated because of the pain in my gut…I hope that’s helpful to someone out there!
