I recently received a complimentary copy of the Fast and Filling Family Food Cookbook from Slimming World USA which is now available on their website for $9.95. Of course I am not a stranger to Slimming World and have been following this fabulous healthy eating plan for a few years now, the majority of the time coming up with my own delicious recipes.
If you are after a good cookbook  to add to your bookshelf (although I am guessing this book will spend most of it’s time in your kitchen) then this is a definite one to purchase, each recipes has a colourful photo, showing you each delicious meal. This yummy recipe, contains a mixture of sweet and tender vegetables such as white and sweet potato, tomatoes, carrots and a delicious combination of Moroccan inspired spices.
