My fav simple dinner is a ready, steady, cook kind of pasta with peas, chilli, garlic, any veges I have in the fridge topped with lightly seared beef. My easy dinners are omelettes (which can turn into frittatas if I have enough veg in the house) or pizzas with lebanese flat breads for the base.
