I thought the whole point of eating paleo for fat loss is that it fixes your ability to regulate your body fat.
I’ve been eating Paleo for 4 months and was starting to get discouraged and confused about my measurements increasing! So, I will tend to save this for very hard training only, and I may tinker with whey and no coconut water in the future to see how that goes on medium intensity days.
