There is so much information and misinformation on the raw food diet out there that our recommendation is to go with what feels right to you. This is a recipe I've been meaning to show you from the week one meal plan (available HERE in the archives). This is a recipe from Jennifer Cornbleet's Revised Edition of Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People.
