And its not a good decision to skip breakfast if u want to diet, it worsen your health n results in added pounds. She wants people to have a balanced diet, consume more local food, make lifestyle changes like getting up early, avoiding tea as soon as you wake etc.
I was looking for a protein rich and less carb recipes since my Fitness Consultant suggested to fill my meal platter with more protein, less carb food and add more veggies and fruits.
